As they say, “When the band starts playing, I don’t want to stop!!” Members have played with Country Joe & the Fish, Bonnie Raitt, and more.

The Stick Shifts are a classic rock band with a loyal following and popular setlist, performing around the Bay and at private parties monthly.

Fronted by former KNBR morning show host and current host of the daily Pauli Mac’s particles podcast, Paul McCaffrey. The band focuses on Grateful Dead and other classic rock.
